Ok Iam stock rooted gingerbread ek02 and my phone is trying to automatically update and I don't want it to I wanted to flash a new rom to it with a el29 updated rom alrwady inclued but it doesnt let me go into clock work mod recovery and I dont want to brick my phone any help would appreciated

With an app or jus by rooting???

Have they changed the way it tethers the wi fi istead of ad hoc to a wireless a tablet can read???
