After HP blew the gaskets on WebOS, I now must choose between iOS and Android (for a tablet), so please make the decision for me? O:-)

This is not true, i'm tethering right now to my Touchpad with CM7's built in tethering app on an EVO 4G

Ok, no apps worked for me to tether. But what did work was installing CM7 and used the built in tethering feature and it paired right up to my HP Touchpad. But I'm using an HTC EVO 4G. Doesnt look like cm7 works for the moment, sorry thought I was onto something...heres there site in case you...

What channel does the app broadcast in? Must be 12 or below for U.S. wifi bands, 13-14 are for Euro. If that doesn't help, just know I'm trying to accomplish the same thing using my HP TouchPad.

I've roamed on 3g before but not as often as 1x, I use the same app and I get 1x data speeds 9/10 times. If I were you I wouldn't expect 3g(roam) down in a basement, but I could be wrong.

I believe it as a forecast of Gingerbread to come, Sprint was just hoping we didn't notice the "typo". I bet gingerbread will be coming very soon for us.

I agree with the OP, back to the stock gingerbread kb for me (running Cyan 7.0.3)
