Well, I'm now selling my HTC One X, because I got my Padfone 2 delivered few days ago. I didn't consider One X+ because: 1. I was bored with the phone after owning it for 6(?) months, 2. X+ is still only 1GB RAM and not much of an improvement over X. So far it's great, but not without issues...

As a One X owner, I'm not worried about S3 at all. If it was to be better choice for my personal needs, I would simply sell One X and got S3 when it's out. But I'm 95% sure I will keep One X. Reasons are: S3 will most likely have GNexus screen (my previous phone) so it's like a step back for me...

Who says I'm impatient? I got no issues with my phone, I only hope for better battery and that it won't break anything for me and I simply follow the story.

I begin to think someone had too many mushrooms and mistaken 1.29 with 1.28 and the story went live on internet, now unstoppable.

Maybe you can try re-enabling Auto-Rotate option in Display settings? If doesn't help, maybe G Sensor re-calibration would help?

I never had WiFi issues and as with previous update, I just hope the update will not break anything for me :-( Maybe WiFi problems are very much depending on network configuration and encryption settings. Mine is set to 5GHz N only, WPA2PSK, my encryption is usually set to AES (not AES+TKIP)

The update is usually rolling out first for unbranded phones and then the networks follow with the update. As I'm on unbranded, I can't comment on UK T-Mobile availability.

The other one is that someone mentioned that GlowBall doesn't ccrash anymore and is very smooth now. This plus Live Wallpapers suggests some GPU and/or CPU driver update, which is always nice. P.S. Live Wallpapers were restarting whenever you swipe home screens.

Had no issues using Map as well as GPS Test. But I did click Update AGPS option in GPS Test Settings before I even started using GPS, maybe this will do the trick for you?

I think they were restarting whenever you swiped home screen left or right. Yea I just replicated this with stock HTC Live Wallpaper. (I'm on custom ROM so didn't upgrade to 1.29 yet, waiting for CoreDroid guys to update :-D)
