Just ask Verizon for a replacement phone. That's how it worked for me. Mine also started doing this suddenly. It worked for about a week or two then the roaming started. Sent from my Verizon Galaxy Note 3

Sounds like the exact same issue I was having man! Only thing that fixed it was a replacement device. I'm happy to say that the replacement has been working awesome everywhere I go since I got it. I'm still using the same sim card so that wasn't the issue at all. Must have been a defective...

They finally decided to just send me a new phone and sim card. I got the new phone already but I'm still waiting for the sim to show up. I don't work again until Thursday so I'll have to wait until then to see if it was a phone issue. If it still roams I'll try the new sim card + the new phone...

Talked to a tier 2 tech and he seemed to think it was more of a Network issue. He put out a Trouble Ticket so they would check into things further. I have to wait until Monday to see if they find anything. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.
