Yes, that is the setting that is toggled on for me as well... but still wouldn't work. A reboot of the phone seemed to fix though. A little flaky, but working now. Thanks for all of the replies!

So, HD Voice worked fine on my Pixel 2 XL with ATT. I haven't gotten it to work yet on my Pixel 4 XL... I ordered it directly from Google and just dropped my Sim into it Any idea? PS VoLTE is toggled on.

Likely a little time will sort it out. I had the same issue and was able to resolve it quickly by booting into safe mode and updating from there. Once I booted normally, all was well and Chrome was asking for an update any longer.

Interesting, while I'm not happy that you are having problems also, it's good to hear that I'm not alone! If this is actually a bug, maybe it'll get fixed in the next update. I have been through the settings many times and I can't find anything that could be wrong.

No, no task killer installed at all. I do have Astro file manager installed, and i think that has a task killer built in, but i believe that it's a manual thing. I'll double check that though.
