    Data drop problems. Need intel.

Thanks for the help, but upgrading the radios didn't solve my problem. Still getting multiple data drops per day requiring a reboot. Any other tricks out there? Does this happen more with certain ROMs? Does this happen on stock AOSP?

    Data drop problems. Need intel.

Right now I'm running Codename 3.0.0 (Android 4.1.1) with FA02 radios. I think there are more up to date ones out there. Do they solve the problem? Upgrading radios in the past didn't help.

    Data drop problems. Need intel.

I used to wonder what everyone complained about! Back when I ran Codename 1.5.5 everything was grand. Then Codename development went on pause and I moved to other roms. I began to notice a few data drops here and there, seems like it kept getting worse with every rom I tried (Liquid, AOKP...

    Did 4.0.4 break Bluetooth?

Thanks for the response. I drive a Mazda. My system doesn't do Bluetooth audio, just phone. I guess my options are to try the CM nightly or just wait for AOKP to find the bug and fix it?

    Did 4.0.4 break Bluetooth?

I realize that answer is probably "no", but I've tried two 4.0.4 ROMs so far (Liquid and AOKP) and neither one will show my car Bluetooth when searching for devices. I know the car is still working, my wife's iPhone connects to it like clockwork. When I ran Codename (4.0.3-based) the phone...

Is the battery life really this bad?

Another app for saving battery (along with a ton of other useful things) is Tasker. Mine is set to switch to 3g when the screen is off, then turn on 4g when the screen is on. That way I get to use 4g without having to think about it, but I'm not sucking 4g battery when I'm not using the phone...

Was your Galaxy Nexus made in China or Korea?

    Korea, 11.11. It's real, and it's fantastic!

    Rumor 4.0.5 in april

Eh. That's what custom ROM's are for. OTA means nothing to me.

Droid Charge to Nexus...back to Droid Charge

If you had signal issues, I don't blame you for going back. For me, signal is good but not great, with the occasional data drops. Usually turning off mobile data and turning back on will solve it. This is quick to do from the notification widget with CNA. As for the other issues, the...

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon I'll bet you are correct. I forgot that the pogo pins were not hard connected to the phone board. But of course they are not, they are embedded in the outer shell. Probably has the wrong side of the tape down. When I...

[ROM][AOSP][4.0.3] Codename Android 1.5.5 [Full Open Source]

The 4.0.4 radios are known to be stable. Lots of people using them. I can't say whether they will fix your problem. But flashing the new radios is probably "safer" than flashing a 4.0.4 based ROM.

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon But I would assume the pogo pins themselves are connected to the charging circuitry in the phone (otherwise the Samsung docks wouldn't work). So unless he broke that connection, if the pogo pins read 5V then the phone should be...
