I am frustrated as well with this app...App works great until you actually try to customize folders and move icons into it - freezes, restarts on its own and you lose all settings you had... I don't think requiring me to do a back up after each icon move so that I can restore my last setting is...

You may want to give them a call back.... I just spoke to a rep and their system indicates that the Galaxy S4 will be shipped on the 30th - it may be something as simple that their system hasn't been updated but that is a pretty big update that the reps are not getting.

I am also moving from an iPhone 4 to the Galaxy S4 (Verizon) and just have a quick question: I don't have a lot of music but do use iTunes for podcasts..... is there an Android app anyone can recommend that will make this part of the transition easier? Thank in advance
