I haven't seen anything that says Sept 30. AT&T told me up to a year.

I agree 100% with what you said, but I will also add resale value. No other smartphone holds it's resale value like an iPhone, and that's important to those that sell their devices in order to purchase a new device.

Just received the email from Best Buy saying my Note 7 is ready for pickup today. Now I just need to decide if I'm going to keep the "much faster, but boring" iPhone 7, or take it back and get my Note.

I just find it odd that one BB store in my area of Knoxville had the Note 7 for those that had a reservation and the other 2 stores didn't know when they were going to arrive, but thought they would get them on Monday (today). There is no consistency.

That's odd because the kid sitting right beside me was an at&t customer and had a brand new note 7 in a black box opened up trying to get switched. They were having some kind of issue, but I left before it could be resolved. The Best Buy mobile person said they have the replacement notes. This...

The lag is real....read the posts! I've done several things to improve the lag, but it's still present. Also, I've had a number of posts deleted and I've always followed the guidelines.

Also, for those wondering, the two boxes of replacements that I saw were the black boxes with blue lettering, not the AT&T box. The guy getting the return was an AT&T customer.

You really need to talk to the main manager at that Verizon store. Also, make sure it's a corporate store not a reseller. I've been told by my carrier (AT&T) and Best Buy that they are required to take back the Note 7 regardless of condition.

I'm just the opposite, after leaving Apple a few years ago, and being with Android, mainly Samsung, I'm possibly getting ready to take the plunge with IOS and the iPhone 7+.
