Received the update today through the *#*#CHECKIN#*#* Command. Seems like the exact leaked version from a couple weeks ago. A couple of changed made, most annoyingly the inability to long press a blank spot on the home screen to add a widget. Very smooth though

I actually had this problem with the stock messenging app with gingerbread and switched to GoSMS Pro which seemed to fix the problem. I I also used this app because it allowed for personalized text tones which I liked
