Have you tried running an RUU flashable thru the bootloader to return to stock?

You've wiped data and cache and tried rebooting?

Will it read the sdcard or connect to computer while in recovery? If so, wipe all and reflash rom. If not, wipe data, cache, & dalvik cache and try booting up.
