Go to the play store on your phone or tablet, search for an app called APK Extractor. Download and install this app and the updated ESPN app. Then use extractor to extract the APK.

Not sure if anyone is interested but if you're willing to root your FTV (fairly simple) you can pull the updated APK from the Play store and sideload it into the FTV. It isn't optimized for the FTV, so you'll need to attach a USB mouse in order to navigate the app. Aside from that it looks and...
