Why did it go from Akron, OH to Aurora, CO? Especially if Akron is final destination. I'm also local to the Akron region!

Sent mine in last Wednesday, email received Friday from Samsung that they received the trade in. Got notified today that trade in was accepted and completed. Pretty quick this time around.

Do I need an inner screen protector? I'm going to put one on the outer screen but since this is my first foldable, I wasn't sure what to do for the inner 8 inch screen. Any advice would be helpful!!

Give it a few minutes after transferring. It will organize everything and restore it. Took about an hour total when I switched! Apps need to download too.

You don't even need to see it under a microscope. I first saw it in direct sunlight with the screen on. So everyone saying it doesn't affect the phone is wrong. It affected the way the screen looked in sunlight and produced a rainbow effect on the bottom corner. This is a mess up by Samsung and...

Asked for one made in Vietnam.

Yeah, that's what I thought and specifically asked the Verizon rep for one made there. Low and behold we open the box and it's there but not as bad as the first one made in Korea.

Just went to Verizon to replace. Guess what, new one has it too but slightly less obvious. This one was from Vietnam. Original from Korea. Samsung may have to issue recall for this. Guys at Verizon where dumbfounded by it.

I'm going to check Friday on the replacement and tell them to make sure it was made there and not Korea

Verizon is going to replace my phone on Friday at the store. They didn't have any today to exchange it out. They didn't even question it. Showed them the screen defect. Said will be an easy swap.

Bottom right corner seems off

It actually looks like a issue with the screen under the glass. Going to stop at Verizon tomorrow and see what they will do.
