I loose data connection as well, I go to send a text message and it just hangs during sending. I toggle airplane mode and most of the time it sends after that. I work in a building where I loose connection a lot so I think the problem has soemthing to do with not reconnecting the signal completely.

keeps rebooting whenever I go to google.com in my web browser it reboots. I upgraded with the new 2.1 version from HTC as the directions instructed. Anyone else seeing this?

I don't like how when I do WIPE in recovery I get those errors and it says to do it from adp. Is there a way fix this? Do i need to install the 1.5 RUU and reinstall recovery 1.5.2? Can someone tell me how to fix this?

if you get stuck in that loop, there is mode you can go into i think by holding down left volume button and the power on buttom at the same time. That fixed it for me.

one way to fix this is to install the htc syc software for the eris from the htc support website. the usb drivers need to be reinstalled, i had same problem. also, usb debugging is on correct?

formatting the sd card from within android fixed this problem. Before I upgraded I took the sd card out and plugged it in to windows and erased everything on it.
