Here's where I am, now 2 days with no response. Nobody has even Acknowledged my messages. Fuming

It amazes me how Amazon can provide a real date but HTC can't. My loyalty is being tested to its limit. If I don't get a proper response from them by the morning I'm cancelling

This is where I'm at now, sick of it

I was told 12 hours later on HTC chat thing that it would be shipping by end of week, guess what, still says boxed shipment. As close as I might be to getting it I feel like just cancelling and going with something else, the information is absolutely appalling, in that there is none.

I ordered through HTC and KY order still says boxed shipment FFS

That's how I feel, I have contemplated cancelling the order and getting a different phone, quite simply, I want an actual date I will get my phone that I have paid so much for and shown loyalty to HTC at a time when they need it more than ever. I want a real date, not a winky emoji
