On the phone it has "USB controlled by" and then under it has "use USB for" either transferring files, USB tethering, MIDI, transferring images and charging phone only.

Tried it on 3 different ports and getting the same failed message. Any ideas?

Rebooted Odin, opened file window and dragged and dropped all files, hit reboot bootloader and then start and got the attached failure.

I don't see a reboot bootloader option in the above section under Options.

The folders where I extracted the files are at the top, I tried selecting those in Odin but it doesn't show any files that are compatible with Odin when I click on the folders, the only thing I could see that worked were the original files which are MD5 files.

Tried following the instructions but it failed, any recommendations for what I may have done wrong?

The phone was originally with Sprint in the USA, not sure if it matters but I will be using it on Rogers network here in Canada. Model number is SM-NU960U

Sorry but where in the screenshot you sent is the firmware file? Also how do I find out what region my phone is?

Okay, I have it extracted and saved to my task bar, now where do I get those BL, AP, CP and CSC files you mention?

I extracted the SamFirm.exe file, do I extract some other files within the SamFirm folder?
