2022.04.30 update: I guess I was wrong. My mistake.

Seems as of April 2022 this browser doesn't really work on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, unfortunately. :( [In the sense that the "swipe from the top" gestures don't work.] Bummer, was one of my favorite Android browsers

Yeah I read the same thing. Probably true, it makes sense. I think I read a while ago that Android apps running in the background are in kind of a"hibernation" state anyway, so any resources they're consuming are super minimal

+1 to this, I have also been trying to re-root my phone after "upgrading" to Lollipop. So far unsuccessful. AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900A. :( Posted via the Android Central App

I use omni swipe. It's kind of useful, I guess, but I'm really curious about the "boosting" thing that it does with "inactive" apps. I don't understand why it has a fancy animation thing showing all the apps that it's closing. The fact that even has an animation at all makes me think it might...
