This all is just one big joke. I received the $200 e cert and they messed up that order. Now I am getting the run around from Samsung to fix their shipping error. I have been told to keep waiting since May 5th.

Do a quick search and you will find PL and Samsung have been working together and having similar issues since at least 2014.

I am still waiting for the email. They told me some other email it would be coming from. The part that worries me is I was told within 24 hours and as the conversation went on it changed to 24-48 hours. I did get the canned "Samsung internal location code audit" explanation.

This was where I had the issue. Location code was not requested on original T&C or mentioned in the submission process. The "receipt" that was emailed did not include location code. I was emailed 2 different receipts and neither had the location code. I did not see a location code until I...

I do not want it either. They decided for me. I did at least try to set it up per the card and the game bundle was not available. The site they tell you to go to is also a dead address.

The late switch to the VR also puts people past the time frame to claim the 6 game bundle.

submitted for s2. PL guaranteed I was getting the S2. No tracking info on samsung status or FDM. VR shows up on my porch this afternoon.
