After deleting the OS by accident I used Matt Groff's Droid RAZR Utility and all was good. I didn't root it because it wouldn't take the updates. I let it update for the second time while I did something else. I came back and found that the phone was totally dead. Even after I left it plugged in...

I was using the Team Win Recovery and I checked a box I didn't mean to. I wiped everything on the phone including the external card. The only thing left on the phone is the Team Win recovery Project. How do I get an OS back on the phone. I can't seem to put anything on the external card to load...
