I want to ask that why my device's software is not upgrading to android 5.1 As in different countries.. Many people got the update.. I'm using moto e2. From India

Go to settings>sound and notification>disable vibrate on touch.

I was also having the same issue.. Check that any app is crashing.. If not.. Check in safe mode.. Uninstall that app.. At my time subway surf was giving error .. And then i uninstalled it.. And there are no more random restarts..

Yes u should update to lollipop.. As it provides many good features and is lag free .. As it has material light design.. And from kitkat to lollipop .. The major thing which has been changed .. Is to provide a user lag free experience.. And many other features .. U should google it..
