What kind of bugs are you experiencing? I got the 4.3 update around 5am (South Florida) and I've noticed that my photo gallery isn't showing thumbnails. It will only show grey thumbnails. Also, the camera app wasn't working. I tried snapping a picture but it kept crashing.
