Im late ...but i have an s4 and i clean the white and pink flip covers W/ bleach and a tooth brush.Then i rinse it. I have the sview cover and it does not cause any damage to the chip inside... no discolor for me..but i dont leave it on for more than 1 min. And i rinse it well.
