I have the same issue with a third party alarm app. It happened on 4 separate occasions. I was going to switch back to the stock alarm but it sounds like that won't help. Awesome.

No problems here. I switched from a gs3 to the maxx because the Samsung got terrible 4G in most places. I've been thrilled with the reception of this phone.

Weird, but when I was using " OK Google now" I got tons of false positives like others in the thread. I retrained it to "OK droid maxx" and haven't had a problem since.

Re: Quality of music over Bluetooth is poor... I play audio back via bluetooth in my car and it's clean and clear. Not sure what would be causing the crackling, but that's not an issue I've had with my device...

I've had the same problem in the car. At first I thought it only happened when I got a notification, but I've gotten plenty of them without issue. I'm assuming it's a glitch as well. It's only mildly annoying so I'll deal.

I use the Verizon anti-glare protector too. It definitely messes with clarity a bit. It's especially visible on white screens. I'm dealing with it until I can find a higher quality alternative. A tip for anyone applying a screen protector... Get in the bathroom with the door closed and run...
