Right click and "run as".... choose administrator

Device manager is still showing NC as an unidentified device... also running XP and not 7 I do see under "disk Drives" that the "B&N ebook disk" is available. I am assuming that I am supposed to see a list of devices attached in the cmd line?

Checking right now Ran both commands and thought I was making headway as it said "list of devices attached" but not showing up in device manager? You see that as well?

Hey guys... grabbed the sdk and jdk, dropped them in platform-tools in the sdk and upon entering first command am being told that: error: device not found.... anyone have the scoop on this? Artaq, you still around to assist?

Hey Artaq, I am assuimg that you have the NC with HC2 booted up and connected to the PC. Downloading both now and going to try it. You are then able to see the missing pieces of the puzzle?

Please let me know, this is driving me crazy... I am not even seeing a tools folder much less anything else. I am still not seeing my drives with the NC when attached to my laptop booted to HC2

I am having same issue with XP for all the above. No adb.exe, folders or etc... trying to get the final part of the install done.

I have been able to now.. after a few hours of deep reflection get my NC booting to HC2.... I am now working on the apk and googleservicesframework. I have removed the SD card and have it back in the reader, does it need to be in the NC? I am unable to locate the adb.exe or folder that...

Addendum to my post... error is: Error writing to disk, access denied. I am admin on on the system.
