Re: Update coming to HTC evo 4g lte This is far from the truth as if you root it is painless almost to unroot. If you SOFF its fairly easy to un do that. Same for if you flash a custom Rom, and want to go back to stock Rom or if you want to completely unroot and start from scratch stock again...
