    Ec05 changed my default sms and email notification sounds to something that sounds like a spa rain forrest track. I don't even know where the sound is on my phone....very odd.

    For me...I totally unistalled samsung drivers and deleted the samsung folders from the registry. I used pdanet to install the drivers and that worked fine.

    The 2.5.5 root one click removed Asphalt - horrible idea in my opinion and not really documented well at all. 2.5.2 is the last version I believe that does not remove Asphalt - that is the version I'm going to try and use with Froyo

    photo is downloaded - or taken with the camera. just the process of gallery opening up and loading the pic takes forever

    For example, if I get a pic in email, I open it in the gallery and it takes like 5-20 seconds for it to open. If I use the built in camera, it also can react the same way. Does anyone know if the gallery is improved with 2.2?

    Researcher to release Web-based Android attack - Computerworld This exploit is rather serious. We need to put pressure on Sprint/Google/Samsung so they release patches for vulnerabilities without having to roll the OS to something we don't even have yet.

    I've noticed this a few times. Sometimes it'll ring once or twice before the Epic starts ringing on its end. A few times my phone didn't ring at all.

    The EPIC ring tones are not really what I would consider conducive to a business environment. I don't see a way to add other ring tones though. I am rooted. Any suggestions on how to go about this?

    Having Trouble with drivers on Windows 7 64-bit?

    Thanks - I had to use the PDANet(Junefabric) drivers with my laptop. Weird as my desktop worked fine with the Samsung drivers.
