From what I have read the PCD has an MSM7627T vs MSM7627. All they did was raise the base clock as stock and released it as a sub version. I bet the max clock is still 864 due to kernel limitations.

The PCD has an 18bit display where as the Optimus has a 24bit. The processor is the same for both, MSM7627. Optimus > PCD is my opinion.
