Right folks, last update from me. finally received my delivery email confirming its been shipped and be with me tomorrow. This matches the original estimate of 3 - 5 Nov timescales. Had Google been more upfront with their communications, I wouldn't have to participate in this forum, however...

That looks like BS to me Dan. I was told by Google chat it has already been placed with the ****ters shippers and will take 3 to 5 business day for them to dispatch and I will get an email notification about as soon as its shipped. They also haven't replied to my formal compliments yesterday...

Just been chatting to Google CS. They told me they had good new and my phone had already been sent to the shipper. Will take 3-5 business for the shipper to dispatch. I'm a bit sceptical tbh, but we will wait an see.

looks like those who have ordered from Huawei direct are also getting delivery issues judging buy the chat on the forums. Root cause possibly linked to manufacture however google wont admit this? I think we should start a twitter campaign of sorts. How about #Googlewheresmy6p.

It just looks as if they completely don't have a clue regards to the status of our orders, totally clueless.

Take it your formal compliant didn't go far? They still haven't email me from last night to confirm that its been delayed. Bloody useless!

Hi Danred1 mate, I'm the exact same boat as you. Ordered the same spec, round about the same time too. Spoke to google this morning and they told me the exact same thing, that he would contact me back to confirm dates, but still no word.. Please keep me updated and I will do the same for you...
