More info similar situation on my Moto X Pure 16GB: Already on android 6. Adopted storage as internal. Encrypted the phone. Moved a lot of apps over. Upon reboot, it was randomly not finding apps. Not any one particular app. No pattern. Seriously, the card was a Samsung Evo 128GB Class...
