Does anyone else have an issue syncing your contacts to your Google account? 9 out of 10 times...it tells me 'sync error' and then 'sync is currently experiencing problems'. I ordered a replacement phone from Verizon (tired of not having a proximity sensor working) and I'd like to make sure...

Mine has been doing same thing. I'm tired of turning my phone on and off to get 4g. It's bad enuf the rates we pay just to have 4g...it would be nice if I could use it again!

Just picked up a new note 10.1 2014...and I'm finding the chrome browser is glitchy...whereas the stock browser is pretty smooth. Anyone else using the stock browser over chrome? Or is there a better one yet? Posted via Android Central App

I've been having same problem. Yesterday and day before it drained faster than my wife's GS4. I turned the 'location' off (was GPS before KK)...and that helps. But why the heck should I have to turn things off when I didn't have to before??? Is the reset really working?

I had same prob as OP. I reformatted my phone on day 5... And was careful with how many google services I selected...and now my battery life is amazing. Can't believe the difference. I noticed my wife's S4 draining fast because of google services...and I reformatted hers too. Bam. Problem...

Some think it is software related and that the S4 has had similar issues. I don't have a screen protector on...and the screen is as clean as it can get when it happens. Hope this is addressed in an update. I love it otherwise.

Ok...at least I'm not the only one here. I talked to Verizon...and since it is still inside the manufacturer warranty...they are sending me a replacement. They agreed that it seemed odd as well.

I'm not dismissing it (read the post)...I am asking the potential connection.

What would a SIM card have to do with turning off tho? Doesn't seem like that could be related.
