So what your saying is if I keep recharging my phone at 15 % Im degrading the battery?

My problem is much worse. My S4 randomly shuts down at different percents and when I try to press and hold the power button it will turn on and boot up but than it will turn off right after that. I have tried to remove the battery but that doesn't work. I even tried boot the phone into recovery...

My problem is a little different. It has been randomly shutting down but when I plug it in and turn it on it works fine and it seems to be working fine unplugged. Will doing a factory reset fix this problem

I have a LG optimous 2x p999 and its all dark brown. I have had it since march 2013 and ever since I got its been acting up and its gradually gotten worse over time.Some of my apps were force closing than it started locking up and freezing more and more. I have taken the battery out every time...
