Yep , I had the same problem. And for a VERY long time I couldnt figure out how to get rid of it. Samsung Galaxy S II .. I went to Downloads then clicked the tab "Other downloads" and checked the box and hit the delete trash can thingy and that got rid of it :) Phew It was getting on my nerves!
