It doesn't matter what you do, if you Uninstall unused Apps, if you use your Batter Saver, if you download Device Performance Apps like Greenify, if you reboot or reset your phone, if you Force stop running Apps every hour, , you cannot stop Cell Standby!!! Trust me, I've tried everything...

I have either a Samsung TV or HP Envy connected on the wifi direct of my phone. I didn't own either or set them up. Ideas on first, how to disconnect these connections and second, additional security or updates to stop this? Basically, best course of action?
