It has to be the u11 plus in the teaser image. I only say that because the u11 life has the finger print scanner on the front and the teaser has it on the back.

going through the same issue with my 10 it arrived at htc on the 13th and i havent received an update yet! I think its time to leave HTC! They told me that it would be 3-4 weeks first because of the hurricane that hit texas and then they said its backordered.
