Heck yeah it was. That was an epic battle. Lots of jumps and seeing those big gills flare was quite an exciting experience. The 7 lber was an absolute unit, had to fight it for 4 solid minutes, even with 12 lb test on my baitcast combo, it was pulling some major drag.
