Before you turn your phone off make sure the ringer is set to silent. When you turn it back on there will be no sounds.

I've wondered the very same thing about the work, home, etc.

Many of my contacts have more than one number. Caller id shows the number they are calling from, but doesn't specify if it's "home" "work" "cell" etc. is there an app available that can do this? For example, when my daughter calls me from her cell, it's free. If she calls me from her work phone...

Same issue here. And when someone calls, how do I know what number they are calling from? It doesn't show wether the number is cell, home, work, etc...

I was so fearful to make the jump to Android, but so glad I did. I can't keep my hands off of this phone, there is so much to learn!! A few minor things are bugging me that I've tried searching for but with no real resolution. I'll keep looking, and if I don't find solutions I'll pipe up.
