I finally found those screen shots and called Verizon back today to make sure I was going to get the full $12.08 per month credit for the 32gb XL. Sounds like they will live up to their end of the deal. Hopefully this will help someone in the same situation. I couldn't let it go!

Not sure if this will help, as I bought the 32gb Pixel XL, not the 128. I did have to call Verizon once no credits showed up after 2-3 billing cycles as was stated in the offer.

Thanks for the help slowmyke. I didn't have to use it however, and didn't even have to argue my case like I expected. I explained that this was now my fourth bill cycle and I had yet to see a credit. The rep immediately credited my account 28.00 for 4 months and said I can expect a $7 credit...

Well I looked through my GOOGLE photos last night and the screen shots are missing! I was saving those for this moment in time and would never have deleted them. It's a conspiracy I tell ya! I haven't called Verizon yet but pretty sure I'm screwed.

I haven't contacted Verizon yet but was afraid this would happen once I heard they pulled the Xl from the black Friday promo. I must have just gotten in on the tail end of it because immediately after my purchase it was no longer available. Luckily I snapped screen shots of the deal in writing...

Same here. As soon as I put caller on speaker I lose all sound. Take them off speaker, still no sound. Only way to fix it is to hang up and call them back.

I'm having the same issue. It seems to have started just in the last couple of weeks.
