    me too may be the update available now can fix those bugs but unfortunately i fails to update my phone don't know why

    and then it closes the screen and started a blue screen with an android logo guy and written installing updates then another screen showed an exclamation mark over the android guy then the phone restarted after that i got a message the system failed to update

    i have done that twice restore to factory setting but it didn't solve the problem i need to update because i have many bugs that need to be fixed hopefully with the new update

    I can't update my note 5 although there is update available now when I checked It allow me to download the update but it fails to install it!! Why??? Please help
