I have the Samsung note 10.1 and it's running version 4.1.2. I wanted to install the free Micrsoft Word app but it say I need KitKat 4.4 or above. When I check for updates on my tablet, it says it's up to date. How can I update it to KitKat?

I just realized that my tablet is showing the wrong time. It's running about 10 minutes slow. Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks again for trying to help me. I actually had Amazon call me yesterday to see if they could figure out how to stop me from getting this message. They basically had me do the same thing I already tried which was uninstalling and reinstalling. It's funny that it always seems to do the trick...
