I gave a BlackBerry PRIV to my mom just to see if she likes having a cell. She's never had one before. I forgot it was locked to a carrier and I don't have a clue which one. Is there a way I can check that? Maybe somewhere in the settings or an app? Thanks in advance!

No it didn't work either. Even followed other directions where they said to disable security and reboot the phone and it magically showed up as an option. Not even that worked. I've contacted support but they're really slow at getting back to me. I'm scared they'll resort to the usual factory...

Well, as the title reads, the option to add a fingerprint as a form of security is completely missing from the settings. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I saw that but that requires me to install the icon pack from the Samsung Store. She has free and paid icons from the Play Store she'd like to apply. Is that not possible without either a different launcher or the use of yet another app? Seems convoluted on a Samsung device.

I'm asking for my girlfriend. I have a BlackBerry Priv and to apply icons I can do it directly from the launcher's settings. On her S7 things don't seem to be so simple. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
