I've been using it a couple months and can't report any issues. Can't speak as to how it compares to the stock OS, as I rooted it just after buying it second hand.

Can confirm that this works as advertised. The new OS is really zippy and responsive. Thanks! Only negative to report is an appalling amount of spam/bloat-/mal-ware that was installed by the various packages. Spent close to 30min scrubbing my PC of them ... and not at all confident that I found...
