What is the package called that disables PRL updates and Profile updates? My mobile network status says disconnected but I can receive texts, just not send them. I'm wondering if I disabled the wrong package in BK Disabler. When I try to do the updates, it just says initializing application.

It's not the apps, my Wifi symbol will have a exclamation point when unlock my screen then it goes away and says I'm connected again. It hasn't done it today. All other devices stay connected.
