Wanted to ask u if u experience micro lag while exiting apps which are specifically in the main page of the home screen...cuz for me it happens don't know why only main home page apps tho....and if I open those same apps in the app drawer and close them then they close normally with no lag...so...

Which s8 do u have us version or international and if it's us version is it unlocked?....cuz I haven't received October update on my Snapdragon us unlocked s8

I've always used gboard and have never experienced lag on my LG g2 Moto x style exynos s7 or my current Snapdragon s8 ...... don't know how you could face such a problem..... maybe u have too many apps in your phone or try clearing your cache or uninstall gboard and install it again....I don't...

but it only happens with home screen apps..and doesn't happen with my exynos s7...so shudnt happen with this s8 as well

just now I realised that it only happens with the apps that are on my home screen(main home screen)...and if I open and close those same apps in the app drawer they close normally...so why it is like this anyone?

I have the s8 snapdragon version(us model) and for a few apps like the gallery there is this micro lag which I'm sure shudnt be there...it's very subtle but is noticeable and can be annoying ... Never happened in my old s7 and I see no reason why I'm shud happen in this phone...so is anyone else...
