I had lag too , my ram usage on my galaxy s4 was 1.68 GB out of 1.77 GB , I had to disable some apps (not important ones like trip advisor...ect) and bloatwares , but i figured that touchwiz launcher was consuming too much ram ( idk why) so I installed the nova launcher & now my s4 is back to...
