Getting to the bootloader was a bit of a challenge since it would be random as to when the screen would actually flash on. What I found helpful was to hold the power button down for 30 seconds and then plug it in. As soon as you see "screen" you have to hit the power and vol-down buttons...

WORK AROUND. So I got the Amazon AppStore App, registered my device, etc. Navigated to to here on my PC: Amazon.com: TuneIn Radio: Appstore for Android and it gave me the tunein update... put it both in the music folder as well as a stand alone app so i could put the 1x1 on my home screen.

i uninstalled tunein radio from the settings --> apps --> all then chose it and uninstalled it except now i can not reinstall it because it keeps saying in the marketplace that it is installed.... how the heck do i get it back installed?
