No. I did automatically get an update last month, pushed by Tracfone I think, but it didn't upgrade android. I haven't made any attempt to upgrade through unconventional means.

I have the same model SM-S906L with the same problem and tried Smart Switch in an attempt to upgrade from 5.02, but it didn't work. It showed message: "Your device software is up to date: OG8(TFN)"

I have the same problem with the same model SM-S906L. Did you solve the problem, and if so, how? My S6 is branded for Total Wireless and I'm activated on Total Wireless. So far Total Wireless and Samsung have been unable to help me.

I am now in agreement that this issue is related to Chrome. I found this chromium issue 351310, but it is closed as duplicate to 348538, which I don't have permission to see. You may go to the issue and vote by clicking the star, however since it is closed I'm not sure it will help.

For me it has never happened with all phone calls. I answer a call and it automatically goes to speakerphone, so while I'm on the call I turn off speakerphone with the bottom left option on the screen, and for a while I receive calls without the problem. I wonder if either bluetooth, which I...
