I read in many places that the Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 will end up with android 4.1.2. Its not even going to get 4.2.2 while custom ROMs are already testing 4.3 on the phone. Samsung gave the reason that their latest touchwiz UI is not compatible with the SGS2 so they are not able to update it...
