I bought my phone Dec 23rd. I noticed in the status area it shows "last factory data reset Nov 8th". Does that mean someone else had this phone and it was returned, or is that something different?

My home screen wallpaper changes but not the lock screen image which I didn't think Moto phones even had. I tried Zedge, but I don't see the option for lock screen. Not sure what I'm doing wrong
