When I had my AKG headphones they did work but other headsets don't. Even for headsets that are Android compatible. I'm not sure if they'll still work now because they're broken. I had no headset problems with my S7 out the box

It happens to me sometimes on my S8+ but only when I'm lagging and running low on ram or have a lot of apps running in the background. So it could be because of that maybe.

Yeah, you have to be careful for those adware apps. It's a good thing the play store has plenty of adware search apps that can find them and if not, YouTube usually does lol.

What is this? It keeps appearing even after I've deleted it. I'm running the latest Android and I have a S8+, if that helps any.

I think it's actually much better and faster UI and battery now. But I always have my phone on battery saver. Maybe you should try that?
