That thread is pretty useless. I have battled this issue for 2 months now. I have given up on finding a remedy. Since it doesn't seem to be impacting everyone I will try and get a replacement phone.

Wifi only works consistently on my N2 if I turn off Data.. It is almost as though they conflict with one another. But this is a problem I have had since day 1 (Nov '12), thought it was an ISP problem/issue.

I couldnt pay this to work for me. the .TAR files are all showing up as corrupt, no matter which one I use. I am not a fan of using custom roms.
