So after hours of working on my android tablet. I did a hard rest. when it turned back on it hadnt worked. Until i held in power button again and it gave me the option to reboot. after i rebooted it finally worked so if you did a hard reset and it didnt work.. try this.. hope it helps.. thanks:)
